The 20-40bar High-Pressure BH Series Stainless Steel Precision Filter is a heavy-duty compressed air filtration unit designed for high-pressure industrial systems operating between 20 and 40 bar (2.0–4.0 MPa) . It features a 304 or 316L stainless steel housing and a precision filter element capable of removing solid particles, oil aerosols, and moisture from compressed air systems. A: Typically 3-12 months (depending on the contaminant content, replacement is required when the pressure differential is ≥ 0.7 bar).


Q3: Can it remove oil and water?

A: It must be used in conjunction with a dryer. Precision filters primarily remove particles and oil mist, and some models can absorb trace amounts of oil.


Q4: Are there any installation location requirements?

A: Generally, it should be located downstream of the dryer, close to the gas point of use for best results.


Q5: Will it affect the air pressure?

A: A high-quality filter element has a pressure drop of ≤ 0.2 bar. If it becomes clogged, the pressure drop increases and needs to be replaced promptly.
