Product features

1. Ultra-High Energy Efficiency, Significant Energy Savings

Two-stage compression reduces the compression ratio, lowers the load on each rotor stage, and reduces internal leakage and heat loss, resulting in 10%-15% energy savings compared to single-stage compression.

Interstage cooling lowers exhaust temperature (typically ≤ ambient temperature + 10°C), reducing the load on after-treatment equipment.

2. Permanent magnet synchronous motor, achieving IE5/IE6 efficiency (≥95%), saves 8%-12% of energy compared to conventional motors.

Variable frequency speed regulation enables stepless adjustment from 0 to 100%, eliminating no-load waste and achieving energy savings of 30%-40% at partial load.

3. Stable Pressure, High Reliability

High-pressure output is more stable. The two-stage design keeps exhaust pressure fluctuations to ≤±0.1 bar (compared to ±0.3 bar for a single-stage design).

4. More durable mechanical structure. Staged compression reduces mechanical stress on single-stage bearings and rotors, extending the life of the main engine (typically exceeding 100,000 hours).

The permanent magnet motor has no excitation loss, low temperature rise, and reduced bearing wear.

5. Intelligent Control, Flexible Adaptation

Fully automatic variable frequency control adjusts the speed in real time based on gas demand, eliminating frequent loading and unloading.

6. Low Noise and Environmentally Friendly

Quiet operation: The permanent magnet motor eliminates brushless friction and is 3-5dB quieter than asynchronous motors.

Variable frequency soft start reduces mechanical shock, keeping overall noise levels at 65-75dB (at a distance of 1m).

7. Low Maintenance Cost

The permanent magnet motor eliminates transmission components such as belts and couplings, reducing maintenance frequency and the consumption of vulnerable parts. The low-temperature operation of the two-stage compression reduces carbon deposits and extends lubricant change intervals.
