The air compressor in the PET bottle blowing industry needs high cleanliness (oil-free), must reach ISO 8573-1 Class 0 (oil content ≤ 0.01mg/m³), high-pressure stable air supply, bottle blowing pressure usually requires 25-40bar, low-pressure delivery requires 6-10bar, and pressure fluctuations must be controlled within ±0.2bar, otherwise the bottle wall thickness will be uneven. Dry air to prevent condensed water from affecting mold temperature control, and large flow continuous air supply is required.
