The sterilizing filter is mainly composed of a micro filter element with a large specific surface area and a filtration accuracy of  0.22um or more, and is mainly used to prevent impurities and harmful bacteria in the air, production lines and sterile rooms from causing changes in water quality,products and sterile room environment,so as to meet the industrial needs of food,biochemical, beverage, beer, medicine,electronics and other industries.


Product features

✅ The sterilizing filter generally is cross suspension type. hoizontal entry ond exit. The multi-core filter can be      designed into floor type.

✅ Pre-filter and precision filter are applied in some using occasions according to the actual needs.

✅ Direction of air flow: through the filter element from outside to inside.

✅Regular sterilization.Accorcding to the actual application situations, sterilize with clean saturated steam with filtration accuracy of lU for 30 minutes weekly or once or twice a month. Steam temperature <0.3MPa.The valve is closed slowly.

FAQ

Q1: How do I choose a filtration accuracy?

A: Standard pneumatic tools (1μm), precision instruments (0.01μm), sterility requirements (with activated carbon layer).


Q2: How often should the filter element be replaced?

A: Typically 3-12 months (depending on the contaminant content, replacement is required when the pressure differential is ≥ 0.7 bar).


Q3: Can it remove oil and water?

A: It must be used in conjunction with a dryer. Precision filters primarily remove particles and oil mist, and some models can absorb trace amounts of oil.


Q4: Are there any installation location requirements?

A: Generally, it should be located downstream of the dryer, close to the gas point of use for best results.


Q5: Will it affect the air pressure?

A: A high-quality filter element has a pressure drop of ≤ 0.2 bar. If it becomes clogged, the pressure drop increases and needs to be replaced promptly.
