Features
This device processes condensate from air compressors – a contaminated mixture of water, oil, and solid particles.
Highly efficient oil‑water separation – Employs multiple stages: gravitational settling, coalescing filter media, and activated carbon adsorption. It can handle oil in both emulsified and dissolved forms, resulting in minimal oil content in the discharge.
Large handling capacity – Built for air compressors with a flow rate of 30 m³/min, it can process the entire condensate volume from medium‑sized industrial compressor stations without becoming overloaded.
Automated operation – A float‑operated valve or electronic liquid level sensor automatically releases the separated oil and water once predetermined levels are reached. Requires no manual action.
Design meets regulations and safety standards – The separated oil and water are gathered into distinct containers for correct disposal. The unit is completely sealed to avoid leakage or emission of hazardous vapors, thereby guaranteeing a safe work environment.
