Core Features
This equipment treats compressed air condensate from air compressors – a polluted mix of water, oil, and solid particles.
High-efficiency oil-water separation – Uses multi-stage processes: gravity settling, coalescing filtration, and activated carbon adsorption. Handles emulsified and dissolved oils, with very low oil content in the outlet.
High capacity – Designed for 30 m³/min air compressors, handling all condensate from medium-sized industrial compressor stations without overload.
Automatic operation – Float valve or electronic level sensor automatically discharges separated oil and water when preset levels are reached. No manual intervention needed.
Compliant & safe design – Separated oil and water are collected in separate tanks for proper disposal. Fully enclosed to prevent leaks or harmful vapor release, ensuring a safe work environment.
