Brief Description of Working Principle
Cooling: Utilizing a refrigeration system (similar to an air conditioner or refrigerator) as the cold source, hot and humid compressed air exchanges heat with a low-temperature refrigerant.
Condensation: The temperature of the compressed air is reduced to approximately 2℃-10℃ (i.e., pressure dew point). At this point, the water vapor in the air reaches saturation and condenses into liquid water droplets.
Drainage: The condensed water droplets are separated by an air-water separator and finally discharged outside the machine through an automatic drain valve.
Reheating (Optional): Some designs reheat the dried, low-temperature air to room temperature to prevent condensation on the outer wall of the pipes due to temperature differences.
