Dry: refers to the injecting of any lubricating oil or other liquid into the compression chamber to cool, seal and lubricate during the compression process. The compression chamber is absolutely dry.

Oil-free: This means that the air compressed by CDA96 is 100% oil-free, reaching the highest oil-free standard of ISO 8573-1 Class 0.

Air end: It is the core component of the compressor, usually consisting of a pair of precision-processed male and female rotors. Air is sucked in, compressed and exhausted through the high-speed rotation of the rotor.

Therefore, the CDA96 is a screw main unit designed specifically for producing absolutely pure oil-free compressed air.

Application 


Because it provides the highest quality oil-free air, the CDA96 air end is primarily used in critical industries where oil contamination can have serious consequences
