This is an industrial frequency screw air compressor with a rated power of 160 kilowatts. It adopts a two-stage compression main unit. The air enters the second stage of compression after the first stage of compression and intermediate cooling, and finally reaches the required pressure. The motor speed is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Advantages
1. Relatively simple structure and easy maintenance
This eliminates the need for a complex variable frequency control system, resulting in a relatively simple circuit structure and relatively low technical requirements for maintenance personnel.
2. Low initial investment cost
This generally offers a more competitive purchase price compared to permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors of the same power.
3. Improved energy efficiency thanks to two-stage compression
Although it is a commercial frequency compressor, the two-stage compression structure inherently offers higher efficiency than single-stage commercial frequency compressors. By reducing the compression ratio per stage, bearing loads and internal leakage are reduced, thereby improving mechanical efficiency and achieving greater energy savings compared to traditional single-stage commercial frequency compressors.
4. Stable output air volume
When loaded, the motor operates at full speed, delivering the rated maximum flow rate of compressed air.
Application Industries
They are primarily used in large-scale industrial applications with relatively stable gas loads, continuous production, and a high initial investment requirement. Examples include:
1. Basic manufacturing: steel, metalworking, and foundry industries.
2. Chemical and building materials industries: providing a stable gas source for large-scale production processes.
3. Base load units in centralized gas supply systems.
